At Beyond The Pale Posters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new wall art. If your poster arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges to ensure your home decor is perfect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the item.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll the poster back into its original protective tube or use equivalent flat-pack reinforcement to prevent any creases or tears during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Studio

  Affix the provided return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping center; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our curators receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement poster within 3-5 business days.
